About Us

The Training Compound, LLC is a family owned and operated business based in Edgefield, SC. Two brothers, Gabe and Grayson Cornwell, co-owners of The Training Compound, found a passion and a need to create an outlet using physical fitness and education.

This passion for health and fitness was sparked in the year 2018. During their daily workouts, they would often discuss their shared dream of owning a gym one day and decided they were going to bring this passion back home. Both Gabe and Grayson moved back home to Edgefield and, The Compound Gym was born.
